Brew Day Review

Another successful brew day! First off- MUCH THANKS to Jason and Jen for their hospitality! They have a great setup and were very generous in letting us hang out for the day to brew and drink some great homebrews. Everyone who showed was treated to a demonstration of the fabulous SABCO Brew Magic all grain system. Per the club poll, Jason brewed 10 gallons of Cream Ale. We were also privy to a couple homebrews he had on tap, including a Holiday Spice and an IPA. Here is Jason in his brewhaus:

As if this wasn't enough, we also had homebrew tastings presented by Iron Mike, Rob, and Dave. Looking forward to the fruits of the labor soon!

Thanks Jason and Jen. You have the coolest brew setup! Enjoyed the lesson and tasting. Still have that ball lock keg if you need it.

We're glad everyone had a blast! It was a great day and I can't wait to try the beer. I'm getting ready to do a diacetyl rest this weekend then lager for another 20 days before kegging. Ken, I will definitely take that keg from you. I can probably just grab it from you at the next meeting if you're planning on going.
